We try to process your orders as efficiently as possible but that means that we cannot make changes to your order once you have placed it. Cancellations are not allowed but you may return your item for store credits.

A virtual gift card will be sent to you via email. You can redeem the gift card on our website at the checkout page or in store at 16B Haji Lane.
Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed via a secure payment system provided by Shopify pay.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic orders will be shipped out via NinjaVan and it can take up to 5 business days after we process the order.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days after we process the order and it will be shipped via Fedex.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once we have shipped out your order.
Shipping is free for all orders above $100 in Singapore and S$3.50 for orders below $100.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for international orders.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Yes! A delivery confirmation email containing your delivery information will be sent to you upon the processing of orders. To check the status of your delivery, use the parcel information in the email and track your order here
International customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties on their purchases.
We will try our best to accomodate mailing address changes if it reaches us within 12 hours from the time of order at help@pinksaltswim.co. Changes cannot be made otherwise.
Exchanges and Refunds
Yes! We offer store credit refunds with a one year validity on all items purchased at full price and three months validity for items on promotion. Final sale products cannot be exchanged or returned. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order for local orders and within 30 days for international orders. Any exchange/return requests made after that will not be accepted.
We currently accept exchanges for local purchases only. We only offer returns for international purchases at the moment.
We conduct routine checks on all our products to ensure there are no defects before shipment.
However, should you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can email us at help@pinksaltswim.co and we will review the matter promptly.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Product Care
We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with gentle detergent then leave it out to dry under the shade. Please do not dry your swimwear in the dryer or wash it in the washing machine.

It is best to dry your swimwear indoors or under the shade after squeezing out the excess water (do not wring it as it will loosen your swimwear). Also, please do not dry your swimwear in the dryer or under direct sunlight.
Bleach will damage your swimwear! You can use a small drop of soap and gently knead on the stained area to remove the stain.
Please do not iron your swimwear or use any form of heat on your swimwear as it will deteriorate the fabric!
