How can I contact you?

Can I cancel/change my order after submission?

We try to process your orders as efficiently as possible but that means that we cannot make changes to your order once you have placed it. Cancellations are not allowed but you may return your item for store credits. 

Where do I enter a promotion/discount code?

You can enter your promotion/discount code at the checkout page.

How do I use my store credits?

A virtual gift card will be sent to you via email. You can redeem the gift card on our website or in store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, JCB, Visa and Mastercard payments. All payments are processed via a secure payment system provided by Shopify pay.

Shipping

How long will my order take to reach me?

Orders will be delivered by Ninja Van within 1-3 working days after we process your orders. 

Can I track my order?

Yes! A delivery confirmation email containing your delivery information will be sent to you upon the processing of orders. To check the status of your delivery, use the parcel information in the email and track your order here

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we deliver worldwide! Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

Do I have to pay for taxes or duties?

International customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties on their purchases.

Can I change my mailing address after I placed my order?

Mailing address changes can only be made if change requests reach us within 12 hours from the time of order at help@pinksaltswim.co. Changes cannot be made otherwise.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I return my item?

We offer store credit refunds with a one year validity on all items purchased at full price and three months validity for items on promotion. Final sale products cannot be exchanged or returned. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Can I exchange my swimwear/resortwear for another size/style?

Exchanges are only valid for local purchases. We only offer returns for international purchases at the moment.

What if my received item is damaged or faulty?

We conduct routine checks on all our products to ensure there are no defects before shipment. 

However, should you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can email us at help@pinksaltswim.co and we will review the matter promptly.

How long can I take to change my mind?

Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order for local orders and within 30 days for international orders. Any exchange/return requests made after that will not be accepted.

Product Care

How do I wash my swimwear?

We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with gentle detergent then leave it out to dry under the shade. Please do not dry your swimwear in the dryer or wash it in the washing machine.

Can I throw my swimwear in the washing machine?

Please don't! We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with gentle detergent.

How do I dry my swimwear?

It is best to dry your swimwear indoors or under the shade after squeezing out the excess water (do not wring it as it will loosen your swimwear). Also, please do not dry your swimwear in the dryer or under direct sunlight.

Can I use bleach to remove the stains?

Bleach will damage your swimwear! You can use a small drop of soap and gently knead on the stained area to remove the stain.

Can I iron my swimwear?

Please do not iron your swimwear or use any form of heat on your swimwear as it will deteriorate the fabric!
