We accept returns or exchanges for domestic orders within 14 days and international orders within 30 days from the completed date of delivery. The online returns/exchange form must be submitted within 14 days for local orders. All refunds and exchanges will be offered in the form of store credits only.
Full-priced items may be refunded for store credits with one-year validity. Sale items or items bought during our promotion periods (Eg. Black Friday Sale) can only be refunded for store credits with a three months validity. For exchanges, return the item for exchange to our studio for store credits and place a new order on our site. Items purchased with store credits cannot be exchanged or refunded and expired store credits cannot be extended. Store credits cannot be stacked with promo codes.
Customers are advised to try on the swimwear with their undergarments for hygiene purposes. Items for return/exchange must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with their tags and hygiene stickers intact. Please note that returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy will be rejected.
Return delivery fees are borne by the customer.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED
Face masks and nail wraps are not refundable nor exchangeable due to hygiene considerations.
