Returns + Exchanges
We would like to make sure that our products fit well and our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept any returns within 14 days from the date you received your product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. Exchanges are only valid for local purchases for sizing issues only. We only offer refunds for international purchases at the moment.
Customers are advised to try on their new swimwear with their undergarments for hygiene purposes. Merchandise must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with tags and hygiene sticker intact. Returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy will be rejected. Exchange for a different size is subject to availability. In the event that the exchange product is unavailable, we will do a full refund instead.
Only full priced items may be refunded, sale items or items bought during promotion period can only be exchanged or refunded for store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED
Shipping costs for refunds are buyers' responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we have received and checked the returned product.
