Yes, we deliver worldwide! Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
Do I have to pay for taxes or duties?
International customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties on their purchases.
Where do I enter a promotion/discount code?
You can enter your promotion/discount code at the checkout page.
How do I wash my swimwear?
We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with gentle detergent then leave it out to dry under the shade. Please do not dry your swimwear in the dryer.
Can I return my item?
We offer refunds on all items purchased at retail price. Products on sale cannot be returned. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Can I exchange my swimwear for another size?
Exchanges are only valid for local purchases. We only offer returns for international purchases at the moment.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
Our staff checks all products for defaults before we ship it out. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at email@example.com and we will review the matter promptly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments is processed via a secure payment system provided by Stripe Inc.
What happens if my package is lost?
We will not be liable for lost mail if it is shipped via complimentary normal mail that does not come with tracking. However, lost mail might be returned to our studio and we will mail it out again with complimentary normal mail. Lost mail shipped via registered mail can be tracked by Singpost and will be insured up to $68.
What happens if I wrote the wrong address?
Please email us within 12 hours from the time of order or we will not be responsible for lost mail.
